NICE is nice!

My family and I just stayed in Nice (pronounced Neece) for 4 days, and it was the perfect amount of time! We were just coming from Paris, so it was good to have a bit of a break from all of the chaos. Although we had a bad Airbnb, we didn’t spend much time in it, because we spent all our time outside, swimming in the Mediterranean Sea, visiting the market, and enjoying a leisurely walk up to a waterfall. 

The beaches in Nice are BEAUTIFUL! The one nearest to us was a pebble beach, and on the day we visited, the waves were huge and the wind was crazy. But it was still great to swim all afternoon!

We took a day trip to Plage Villefranche-sur-Mer, a sand beach, where we did nothing but swim and tan. The water is the clearest water ever and it sorta looks like the color of toothpaste. 

While in Nice, we hiked up to Colline du Chateau (Hill Castle) and it was so pretty! At the top of the hill was a stunning waterfall, which gave off a nice cooling spritz. There was also a Zumba class going on at the top, so that gave us all a good laugh. 

We all had a nice (haha) time in Nice, and I would recommend coming here, but try to find a better Airbnb than we did.
