WATER PUPPET SHOW

On our last night in Hanoi, we went to a water puppet show. All at the same time, it was cool, weird and confusing. Let me tell you about it.

The theater. The seats were like a movie theater, but the stage was a pool, the size of a hot tub. There was a small pagoda behind it.

The musicians. They were singing and playing instruments and they wore bright outfits.

The puppets. There were puppets that were dragons that blew fire, ones that were fish that jumped in and out of the water, and ones that were people enjoying the water by fishing and playing in it.

After all, it was sort of cool.
