AN EXTREME EASTER

This year for Easter, we were in Zimbabwe, Africa with our friends and it was probably the best Easter I ever had. We started with a delicious breakfast and then walked back to our rooms and saw that the Easter Bunny had found us after all! There was a path of Reese’s Peanut Butter eggs leading back to the green space behind our rooms, where we found even more candy like Sour Patch Kids and Skittles.

Later that day, we went to a zipline and gorge swing park. First, we went on a two-hour canopy tour, where we zip-lined nine times from platform to platform. We went over the Zambezi River and got stunning views of the Victoria Falls Bridge.

Some of us also went on the gorge swing. I was a part of that group!

It was exhilarating jump to drop 70 meters down, with a swing at the bottom that was only about 10 meters above the water. I did a tandem jump with Katherine and it was amazing.

This was probably the best Easter I have ever had!
